Hospitality opportunities abound at Montpelier Hunt Races. They are set at the home of Dolley Madison who as the first First Lady defined American Style. This tradition of hospitality was furthered by the First Lady of American Racing, Marion DuPont Scott and continues to this day. Entertain future or present clients or conduct business in the casual, unique environment of a major upscale sporting event. Includes one 30'x30' Tent, one 10'x10' Catering Tent, Tent Siding, eight 8' Banquet Tables, ten 3' round tables, 80 White Wooden Chairs, Heating Units, Picket Fencing, Closed Circuit TV, Full Page in Race Program, Catering Passes as needed, 100 Admission tickets, 50 VIP Parking Passes. Hunt Race staff will contact you and help you select one of the day's races for your sponsorship and promotion. A variety of Race Sponsorship packages are available!

Winner's Circle - $9,000 ($4,900 is tax-deductible)
Includes one 30'x30' Tent, one 10'x10' Catering Tent, Tent Siding, six 8' Banquet Tables, eight 3' round tables, 60 White Wooden Chairs, Heating Unites Picket Fencing, Closed Circuit TV, Full Page in Race Program, two Catering Passes, 80 Admission Tickets, 40 VIP Parking Passes.

Turf Club - $6,000 ($2,600 is tax-deductible)
Includes one 20'x20' Tent, one 10'x10' Catering Tent, Tent Siding, four 8' Banquet Tables, six 3' round tables, 40 White Wooden Chairs, Heating Unit, Picket Fencing, Half Page in Race Program, 50 Admission tickets, 25 VIP Parking Passes. Closed Circuit Television, add $500.

Mansion Vista - $3,500 ($2,000 is tax-deductible)
Includes one 15'x15' Tent, four 8' Banquet Tables, three 3' Round Tables, 40 White Wooden Chairs, Picket Fencing, Half Page in Race Program, 40 Admission tickets, 20 VIP Parking Passes. Private Porta-Pottie, add $200.

Premium Hilltop - $2,000 ($1,500 is tax-deductible)
A special Madison Row package that offers premium site location. Includes one 15'x15' Tent, two 8' Banquet Tables, 10 White Plastic Chairs, Listing in Race Program, 24 Admission Tickets, 12 VIP Parking Passes. (These spaces are very limited – reserve early!) Private Porta-Pottie, add $200.

Madison Row - $1,500 ($900 is tax-deductible)

Overlook Hill - $1,250
Atop a hill overlooking the flat track and the entire backside of the steeplechase course this is a great area for those who love to watch the racing action, or enjoy lots of space around them. Easy access and a lovely view of the Mansion. 15 x 15’ tent with 2 8’ banquet tables and 10 white folding chairs. Twelve VIP Parking Passes, 24 General Admission tickets included.

The Montpelier Steeplechase & Equestrian Foundation is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. All Proceeds from The Montpelier Hunt Races benefit Montpelier, A National Trust Historic site. A financial statement is available upon written request from The Virginia State Office of Consumer Affairs.
